Retreat Participant Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and Payment:

• To secure your spot, a full payment is required at the time of registration.
  

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• If you cancel your reservation before 15 February, 2024 you will receive a refund of your payment, excluding the non-refundable deposit of 350 USD.
  
• Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  
• Retreat organizers reserve the right to cancel the retreat in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to registered participants.
  

3. Travel Arrangements:

• Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat location.
  
• It is recommended to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations or delays.
  

4. Health and Medical Considerations:

• Participants must inform the retreat organizers of any pre-existing medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or allergies at the time of registration.
  
• It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the retreat activities. If you have any doubts, consult a medical professional.
  

5. Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
  
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior that affects the experience of others may result in expulsion from the retreat without a refund.
  

6. Liability Waiver:

• Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the retreat activities and agree to release the retreat organizers from any liability for injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur during the retreat.
  

7. Photography and Marketing:

• The retreat organizers may use photographs or videos taken during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes. If you have concerns about your image being used, please inform us in writing prior to the retreat.
  

8. Changes to Itinerary:

• The retreat organizers reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or to enhance the overall experience.
  

By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. It is important to review and understand all terms and conditions before confirming your reservation.
